By accessing or using the rewargdateway platform, API, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rewargdateway.
rewargdateway provides a unified API gateway enabling developers and businesses to integrate, manage, and scale reward program experiences. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated service.
You must create an account to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to suspend access for overdue accounts after a 7-day grace period.
Your API usage is subject to the rate limits defined in your selected pricing tier. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or additional charges as outlined in your plan. You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits through technical means.
All intellectual property rights in the rewargdateway platform, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to rewargdateway. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely as permitted under these Terms. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the platform.
You may not use the service to violate any applicable law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malware, engage in unauthorized data scraping, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. Any use that disrupts the service or other users' access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. rewargdateway does not warrant that the service will be error-free or free from security vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rewargdateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. rewargdateway may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day retention window.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
